Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email boxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you want to redirect email messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
